Exercise Is Child’s Play

It’s a fact: young and old alike are fitting less physical activity into their daily lives than in years past.  Childhood obesity is on the rise, less than half of adults exercise enough to meet health guidelines, and even fewer older adults tend to do so.


There’s an easy fix – Get active together!  Young children in particular want to spend time with their grandparents, so actively playing together actually becomes a teaching opportunity.  Teach your young ones to challenge their bodies to do more, to move faster.  Exercise should be fun!  Add a little competition into the mix and the time together will fly.
